Providing the latest plaster ceiling systems and solutions for the iconic shopping mall Southkey Megamall in Johor Bahru. The entire project was completed in 7 months with no compromise in end deliverable quality.
IKEA Batu Kawan, Penang
CPC is proud to be the solutions provider of drywall solid panel and solid wall solutions for the first IKEA store in the northern region of Malaysia. The project was successfully completed on schedule for its opening.
Matrade Convention Centre KL
Completing the Matrade Convention Centre Kuala Lumpur project is a huge accomplishment due to the complexity and technical challenges in constructing solid walls and panels which were up to 60 meters in height.

Upgrading works including the East and West entrance, level 6 F&B outlets, level 3 fire rated ceiling. Also provided our expertise for the Gardens, Gardens Hotel and Sky Lounge.
SqWhere Sg. Buloh
SqWhere comprises a 31-storey SOVO Tower, 27-storey Serviced Apartment Tower and Retail Offices. Located on Jalan Sungai Buloh, it has easy accessibility to major expressways.
Bungalow, Bukit Tunku
Custom plaster ceiling solutions for residential project in Bukit Tunku. This bungalow required extensive plaster ceiling solutions to create a bright, clean and airy look and feel.
Condominium COC1
Custom plaster ceiling solutions for First Nationwide Development Sdn Bhd’s residential high-rise project (Block 1) in Bandar Utama. The project spanned from Nov 2009 to March 2011.
Mentakab Star Mall
Provided customized plaster ceiling solutions for the largest mall in central Pahang. The extensive project was delivered on time from November 2009 to March 2011 for its soft launch.
Drywall Solid Panel / Solid Wall Solutions
Bayan Tree Hotel, KL
Providing customised drywall solid panel as well as solid wall solutions to the exclusive Bayan Tree Hotel in Jalan Conlay, Kuala Lumpur. The project span was from May – Nov 2015.
International School of KL
Extensive drywall solid panel and solid wall solutions for the prestigious international school at Jalan Ampang Hilir, Kuala Lumpur. The project spanned from March 2017 to June 2018.
Paramount Utropolis
Glenmarie’s first and only metropolis, CPC was contracted to provide drywall solid panel and solid wall panel for Plot B. This extensive mix project was delivered on March 2017.
Setia Alam terrace house
Township development in Setia Alam, Shah Alam. CPC provided Starken Wall Panel solution for a total of 104 units of terrace house. Project span was from March – July 2019.
